Finding a mentor
Hello my name is Keith, I have been trying to find a legit mentor to help me start wholesaling properties, I've been watching videos for a few months now and believe it is something I would like to do. I am from Indiana, live in Kentucky and would be able to find property in these areas

Well im pretty well new in all of it, im not even sure where to start lol 😅 I believei would be ok with calling sellers and negotiating but not sure the lingo wholesalers use and I dont have buyers
