Day 24 - Day Rooted In Me Experience Moon Day — Waxing Gibbous in Capricorn Today's moon is asking us what we are actually building — and will it hold? And rooted in my experience. It is never about the external without deep consideration for the internal. As within, so without. Capricorn moons care about the less glamorous aspect of things. The part before the cheers. The part before the spotlight. And we're in a Waxing Gibbous — which means whatever we have planted is already growing. YAY! YAY for us. I am excited!!! This part of our cycle is about refinement. Adjusting, correcting, tightening-up phase before things come to fruition. If you're in Rooted in Body today: Capricorn governs our bones and our structure. Let today be about our posture. When we feel supported, what does supported feel like in our body? When we are supporting and honoring ourselves what does that feel like in our body? Rooted in Emotion: Watch for the Capricorn tendency to manage a feeling instead of actually feeling it. Staying "productive" can be a very sophisticated way of avoiding what's underneath.
