I would like to start offering Voice AI services to businesses ASAP. If anyone can provide any information on where I can find a contract, maybe where there is a good template, that would be amazing. I would like to get started ASAP but I would like to have a contract ready for the clients. Searching around...... Thank you to anyone in advance. 🙂

Hi Leslie, I created mine using chatGPT, then I asked claude to evaluate it and find anything missing. Then I asked two people to review it. I think the issue is that when you write a contract it is very specifically related to the customer you are working for that it is difficult to make a template for that. So they didn't provide one.

@Leslie Johnson It would be helpful to have some general rules about writing a contract especially around pricing, payment schedules, and termination. I went back and forth on that so many times. I thought my contract would be about 4 pages and it was so much longer than that and took a lot of time to get right. My dad is surprised at how stressed I am doing it with all of the help I have when he had to stay up late up into the typing up contracts on a typewriter with only whiteout to fix mistakes, lol. Definitely have someone human look at it before sending it off. Best of luck.
