Patterns I’m Seeing as We Look Toward 2026
After talking with about 30 women this week — inside my communities and outside of them — I started noticing the same things being said over and over again. Different businesses. Different stages. Very similar thoughts. Here’s what I kept hearing, almost word for word: “I have no clue when it comes to marketing.” “I feel like I’m already doing all of this… but I don’t see any results.” “I want to grow my community, keep people engaged, and actually get results — but consistency is hard.” “I’m building things, but nothing feels connected.” “I want steady, qualified clients without posting mindlessly every day.” “I know I need systems, but the tech feels overwhelming.” “My emails go out, but they don’t make sales.” “I want to grow my audience first… then rebuild things properly.” “I want a business that works with my life — not one that drains it.” What stood out to me wasn’t a lack of ideas or ambition. It was that so many women are trying to solve one piece at a time, hoping that this funnel, that platform, or one more tweak will finally make everything click. So here’s what I’m seeing — and gently recommending — across the board: This isn’t about finding 20 different solutions. And it’s not about one magic thing that suddenly fixes everything. Marketing alone won’t solve it. Funnels alone won’t solve it Email alone won’t solve it AI alone won’t solve it. What actually works is building an integrated ecosystem — where your offer is clear, your message is consistent, your visibility feeds your list, your systems support conversion, and your business supports your life. If you’re heading into 2026 with similar thoughts, you’re not behind. You’re just ready. I’ve been listening.I’m hearing these patterns clearly. And I know you’re not the only one feeling this way. This post isn’t about telling you what you should do next. I’m genuinely curious: Who else is feeling this right now? And what are you doing — or thinking about doing — to help solve for it?

I, too, want to do all of that, but for me, helping others reach their goals or get through whatever they are going through is more important. If I can help, then I will feel encouraged to continue and find my purpose.
Skool Idea Help 🌟
I'm considering starting a Skool community next year, and am stuck on the focus / idea. I could go in a few different directions, and would LOVE your thoughts (good or bad) on if any of these would pique your interest. A little about me: I'm a strategist - business/marketing/human design - who loves working with women businesses owners. More specifically, solopreneurs with an online, service-based business....which is a huge mouthful 😂 The following are 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨 vs community names. Some are more specific, and some are more vague. Once I narrow down the idea, I can come up with the actual name. Thank you so much for your help!! And an extra big thanks to @Brenda Rigney for suggesting I post this here 🥰

I chose to run a business while dealing with burnout and chronic illness, etc., because that is me. With a little help, I probably would have had my community up and running, especially when it is a chronic illness that contributes to burnout.
@Jen Fieldman, thank you... I will remember...
Just me...
#1 – Who I am / where I’m from / who I (Plan on) work with HI, I’m Keicia, but everyone calls me Kiki. I’m based in sunny Southern California, where the light hits different and apparently so do life lessons. I’m just beginning to open a business the name will be "Kiki’s Insightful Breakthroughs", and I want to work with people who are navigating big inner shifts. The kind that doesn’t fit neatly into a checklist. My clients will usually be in transition. Healing, unraveling, rebuilding, remembering who they actually are beneath the noise. I will be blending intuitive tarot, shadow work, and grounded coaching to help people move from pain to clarity without bypassing the hard parts. #2 – Where I’m craving more clarity or alignment Right now, I’m craving alignment around pacing. I know my vision is solid, but I’m learning how to move with my energy instead of forcing momentum just because I can. Clarity around sustainable expansion is the work. Less pushing, more precision. #3 – A grounding practice or ritual My grounding ritual is morning card pulls paired with journaling and a very intentional playlist. One card, one honest question, one page of writing. No fixing. No performing. Just listening. Some days it’s quiet wisdom. Some days it’s the cards calling me out with love and zero patience. #4 – Bonus I’m here for connection, resonance, and real conversations. Not perfection. Not pretending. Just showing up as I am and letting alignment do the rest. This is me in nature... I recharge and come up with ideas when i go out and enjoy mother Earth.

Transformational Luminary - My Aligned AF Archetype
I like personality assessments, especially when they resonate deeply with who I am and who I am trying to be. This is what caught my eye in this assessment: At your best, you create extraordinary alignment within yourself and the people around you. Your greatest strength is your ability to see the bigger soul-level vision — not just the goals, but the why behind them. Your blind spot? Sometimes you hold back, doubting whether you’re ready to step fully into your brilliance. But when you trust your inner knowing, your leadership becomes magnetic, transformative, and undeniable. You’re not here to follow the path — you’re here to illuminate it. This feels so true for me and, no coincidence, that my word for 2025 has been Align. My Skool community is called: Aligned Life Circle. I help midlife women discover (or uncover) their own soul-level vision for their lives. In October, I signed up for Aligned AF community and my business model shifted to creating this Skool community. I definitely struggle with self-doubt. As a Generator HD I am a responder. As a Clifton Strengths high Strategic Learner Maximizer, I can get stuck in the learning and visioning and details AND I can see the path forward and the steps to get there. As a trusted tarot advisor and certified intuitive coach, I am about the intuitive knowing that we all possess and sometimes forget how to listen for that wisdom. The assessment says: Luminaries guide from integrity, intuition, and legacy. Can I just say I feel so validated and seen….where are the other Transformational Luminaries in our community???
