Hey y’all 👋🏽 how was everyone’s day? I spent mine at a Houston Astros game. They didn’t pull off the win, but it was still a great game with real good vibes. Came home and got in the kitchen and made a full dinner… Chicken Pot Roast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes 🤌🏽🔥. Creamy Garlic Chicken Fettuccine 😮‍🔥🍝
Tonight’s meal came out CRAZY good!🔥Made this creamy garlic chicken fettuccine from scratch and it fed everybody. 🩷 Y’all making this? 👇🏽👇🏽 Garlic Chicken Fettuccine Ingredients (Serves ~6) - 1 lb fettuccine noodles - 2 large chicken breasts (sliced or cubed) - 4–5 cloves garlic (minced) - 2 cups heavy whipping cream - 4 oz cream cheese - 1–1½ cups grated parmesan cheese - Fresh parsley (chopped) Seasoning: - 1–2 tsp chicken bouillon - Salt - Black pepper - Garlic powder Instructions 1. Cook the pasta. Boil in salted water until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water, then drain. 2. Cook the chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bouillon. Cook until golden and fully done. Set aside. 3. Make the sauce. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and let it simmer. Mix in cream cheese until smooth. 4. Bring it together. Add parmesan gradually and stir until creamy. Season to taste. Add pasta + chicken back in and toss everything together. TIP: Use a splash of pasta water if the sauce gets too thick Finish: Top with fresh parsley + extra parmesan If you try this, post it in here. I’d love to see it! 🩷
