"Here's our target audience again... here's our brand voice... here's how we write..." I found myself explaining these same things to AI literally every single day. It was like having an intern with daily amnesia. But there's this simple solution I want to share with you called Claude Projects. Think of it as giving AI its own notebook about your business, and here's exactly how to use it. When you log into Claude, create a new Project instead of starting a regular chat. Then spend 10 minutes telling it three things: what your business does, how you like to communicate, and who your customers are. That's it – the AI will remember this every time you come back. For example, I created a "Content Helper" project. Told it we're a coaching company, explained our friendly tone, and described our audience. Now when I need content, it already knows exactly how we communicate – no repeated explanations needed. Start with just one project for one task, like content creation. Trust me, it'll save you hours of explaining the same things over and over.
