Yooo, what’s good! So for me, I can’t even lie.. I’ve been very inconsistent in my workouts. For the past few months I’ve only been working out maybe 2-3 days out of the week and been lacking major discipline and focus. Well, this past Sunday I had the chance to partake in the outdoor workout with a few of the guys here and I must say that since then I’ve definitely kicked it up a few notches. I appreciate you fellas for inspiring me and wanting me to be great! This week I’ve been doing my two workouts a day, drinking more water, and eating as healthy as I can. Once I really establish a solid routine I’ll share more, but in the meantime.. if anyone have any ideas or tips they can give me, I’m all ears! Bless.
