Hi I’m Kayla! I have a 3 year old and a 4 month old, and I love photography! I recently upgraded from my very old canon 5d mrkiii to a canon R8 and the new mirrorless autofocus has been such an amazing change for me! I also love how small this camera is. My only lens right now is the RF 30mm 1.8, and I love prime lenses for that filmy feeling, but taking photos of my kids is sort of making me wish I had a zoom lens haha. Very excited to finally find a place dedicated to taking pictures of your family since I think that is probably what most people who love photography and have small kids have time for! It’s also so rewarding to capture all these wonderful memories. Excited to see and learn from everyone photos!

@Teemu Toikka definitely the main reason I generally prefer primes! The zooms are also so expensive, I’ll probably look into an 85 next so I can get a bit of reach instead :)!
