Content is Dead - A Brave New World
A few centuries ago, information was a valuable commodity. Information was not allowed to be acquired by everyone… only elites of the society could do. At different times, humans have tried to protect what they thought was valuable. Not so long ago, only kings and royals could eat in Aluminium dishes. This changed when people discovered Aluminium was not as rare as they once thought it was. My point here is this: Information is no longer a rare commodity. 60% of all new information in this world is AI generated now. 60%! Creators are competing with artificial intelligence. Mass production is here! And as a consequence, the game is changing. Access to information like online courses and premium content is not the best product to sell for creators. As a conscious creator, it is time to invest in communities. Creating private learning spaces is far more valuable. I am currently working with 2 clients who are building their learning communities. And they are already seeing the results. Their clients feel they have a container for growth… and they are seeing a consistent stream of income. Paradigm has shifted. And only a few have awareness to realize it. If you are one of them, it is time. A simple $9 Skool group: (https://withhimanshu.com/skool) is a good place to begin. It costs less than a good meal, and offers you a space to build your tribe. And it offers you an opportunity to contribute… Worth it, if you ask me. In picture: my workspace - a beautiful cafe in Bali. If you are here, come say Hi!

Skool just dropped a $9 plan 🥳✨
If you’ve been thinking about starting your own membership or moving your audience to Skool, now is the time. Why? Because the new $9 plan gives you an incredible amount of functionality for almost nothing. It’s kind of wild. Here’s my referral link if you’re ready to jump in:👉 SKOOL $9/mo sign up And here’s why I love using Skool and always recommend it: • Your audience craves connection, not just content: Skool gives them a home where they belong. Not just another social media platform. • Recurring income beats feast-or-famine: One price. Monthly payments. No complicated funnels or client hunting. • Gamification keeps people engaged: Points and levels do the work for you. Your community grows itself. • The proof is undeniable: Thousands are building 6-figure businesses daily. You can set up your community in as little as 30 minutes. I think it is perfect now if you wanted to start slow and you are yet to monetize. And now, because it costs less than a dollar per day, it's perfect for launching a community around your passion. And if you need higher limits, you can upgrade at any time. Start FREE Trial + $9 plan If you have any questions or concerns, let me know.

Failure! How did I get here?
You can see that this community lacks engagement and has no clear direction. It is apparent that this community lacks a sense of purpose, and after returning, members don't have compelling reasons to stay here. Additionally, the value I add is almost zero. Many who have joined do not even remember which community it is or who is Himanshu Bisht. If you too, do not remember, this is my fault. This is why, even with 115 members currently, the engagement is near zero. There are two important lessons here: 1. Communities don't run by themselves. It is a fake promise that "communities" will run on autopilot. 2. Community is not a one-person game. At this point, it's just a dormant group. Whether it is a free skool group or a locally hosted community, you need to bring people who share your vision. But is it truly a failure? Communities can be revived easily by bringing in new blood and implementing promotions. But without a clear sense of opportunity, it will die again. There are only three elements to keep things going: 1. Leadership - Consistently offering value from an attractive figure. 2. New Opportunity - For those who are still not aware, so that they can find novelty and excitement 3. Bright future - Working for a shared, exciting future, together. As you can see here, all three elements are missing. This is the primary reason this community lacks engagement. At this point, considering an old community as a new one is the best bet. Considering there are 0 members and you are starting from scratch, this is the best strategy. ;)

One of my favorite quotes.
Came across this again and thought to share it. How powerful and relatable this is when we have so much AI generated content out there.
