Nurture Yourself with Rest & This Free Meditation
This week, during our Reset course, we’re focusing on the Nurture phase: a reminder to slow down, nourish yourself, and make room for recovery. For those who are cycling, this phase is generally counted from around Day 20 until your next period. In a roughly 30-day cycle, that’s often the final 10 days, though timing can vary. In this part of the cycle, progesterone is one of the hormones that changes, and some people notice shifts in sleep or how they feel as their period approaches. A little free hormone knowledge: the Nurture phase is a useful time to notice what helps you feel supported. Rest, nourishment, and easing up on pressure around fasting can be part of that. This longer sleep meditation offers a calming way to pause, notice busy thoughts, and settle in for the night. Think of it as one supportive relaxation practice within your overall routine. I just uploaded one of my practices a little bit ago; if you would like to listen today and see if it helps you sleep better. 🎧 Listen to “Sleep Better, Stress Less: Finding Deep Rest at Night” You’ll find more ways to unwind in our growing Meditation Library. Inside, you’ll find a growing collection of tools to support you and explore, including: - 🌅 Morning Practices to set an intentional tone for your day - 🧘 Guided Meditations to quiet a busy mind - 💫 Affirmations to align your mindset - 🌿 Body Scans to release physical tension - 😴 Sleep Meditations to help you sleep

I like the results of intermittent fasting. I’m going to slowly build back up to it. It’s been the only thing in the last few years which helps me lose weight. Have you any suggestions for length of time for fasting?

Thanks for this. I’m working my way back up to 24. I’m probably around 14-16 hours now .
