Your nervous system controls how you respond to stress, fear, emotions, and even how your body heals. There are two main states I want you to understand today: ✨ 1. Survival Mode (Fight, Flight, Freeze)This is when your body feels unsafe. Signs: - Anxiety or overthinking - Irritation or anger - Feeling stuck or unmotivated - Trouble sleeping - Body tension or pain When you live here too long, your body stays in stress. ✨ 2. Regulation Mode (Rest & Restore)This is where healing happens.
