🌿 There are moments in life where everything feels overwhelming… where your body is tired, your mind is loud, and your spirit feels stretched. Today is not a day to push harder. Today is a day to return. Return to your breath. Return to your body. Return to the truth of who you are beneath the stress, the noise, and the expectations. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are processing, releasing, and realigning. Everything you’ve been feeling is not here to defeat you— it is here to wake you up, slow you down, and bring you back home to yourself. So today, we soften… We listen… We allow. Even the smallest step forward counts. Even resting is part of your healing. 💫 Affirmations for Today I give myself permission to slow down and breathe. I am safe in my body. I release the need to rush my healing. I trust the process of my life. I am supported, seen, and guided. My energy is returning to balance. I choose peace over pressure. Your nervous system controls how you respond to stress, fear, emotions, and even how your body heals. There are two main states I want you to understand today: ✨ 1. Survival Mode (Fight, Flight, Freeze)This is when your body feels unsafe. Signs: - Anxiety or overthinking - Irritation or anger - Feeling stuck or unmotivated - Trouble sleeping - Body tension or pain When you live here too long, your body stays in stress. ✨ 2. Regulation Mode (Rest & Restore)This is where healing happens.
