WHAT BROKE YOU DOESN'T HAVE TO DEFINE YOU
Most of us have parts of our story we'd rather have happened differently. A failed relationship. A career that didn't work out. A decision we regret. A betrayal we didn't see coming. A period where we lost our direction or simply weren't the person we wanted to be. But Kintsugi offers a different way of looking at damage. The Japanese art of repairing broken pottery doesn't attempt to hide the cracks. The repair becomes part of the vessel. Maybe that's true for us too. We don't have to go back to who we were before something happened. We can take what happened, learn from it, let it sharpen us, and build the next version of ourselves with greater awareness and intention. The question isn't whether life will break you. The question is what you do afterwards. So here's the question for the community: What is something you've been through that changed you for the better, even if you wouldn't have chosen to go through it?

Separation, ending a six-year relationship wasn't a path I would have chosen, but it transformed me for the better. It reshaped how I relate to others and taught me to be far more patient, starting with myself. I learned never to lose my identity or compromise who I am for a relationship again. I’ve grown to appreciate my own worth and truly respect others's boundaries. Most of all, I learned that love isn't just a fleeting feeling,it’s an intentional choice we make every day to show up and love deeply. Through it all, I am becoming a better lover. I AM worthy of love I AM deserving I AM attracting the right relationships into my life.

BECOME THE PERSON FIRST
Stop asking: “Why can’t I change?” Start asking: “Who do I need to become for this change to feel natural?” Change the question, and you begin changing your identity. Who do you need to become to create the life you want? Describe that person in three words below. 👇

EVERY CHOICE SHAPES YOU
You don’t become a new person overnight. You become them every time you make a different choice. Every boundary you set. Every promise you keep. Every time you refuse to return to an old pattern. What is one choice your future self needs you to make today? Share it below. 👇
