My limiting belief felt heavy/big. So in my visualization I pictured a boulder and I pushed it off the clif where there was a stream below. I thought this won’t ever go away(another limiting belief on limiting beliefs?). Sidenote: I tried pebbles but my mind was like ‘not big enough’. So this boulder starts rolling and as it’s going down clif side, it starts breaking-in half, then 1/4th until it goes into the steam as pieces. My rephrased belief floats by in white lily pad flowers.. What a great way to start the morning!!
