Nothing I say feels big enough to explain the importance of what Oscar teaches. I joined because I wanted to look better (and thankfully I do 😂), but somehow ended up experiencing life completely differently. My mind is quiet. I’m present. I have energy. I feel connected to my body instead of living in my head. I didn’t realise how stressed and disconnected I was until I felt the opposite.I didn’t know it was possible to feel this good just existing. If you’re thinking of joining, just do it.❤️
