How do they work
Can someone please direct me on where to go for an article on how these peptides work within your body? I am looking for that in the classroom and I'm not seeing it. I am just curious how it actually works within your body. Also, side effects. Thank you!

I noticed a MAJOR headache. Not sure if that's a SE of this or not. I have been drinking plenty of water/fluids too. I was hoping to learn more about HOW it works within our body. I know I can Google it but wanted a trust worthy source!

@Jami Major I'm hoping with my nursing background, I'll be able to semi understand it. It would be nice to be a little more educated in understanding how it actually works within your body! My caloric intake is right around 1300/day, so I already don't take much in without this, so I want to make sure this is truly a good fit for me! Thank you so much! I appreciate your help :)
