I’ve been in the group for a short time but forgot to share my intro! What are your interests? My interests are anything related to health, wellness, mindset, reading and yoga Where are you here to cultivate? I am here to cultivate a healthier life and to connect with others. Biggest strengths? My biggest strength is that I can encourage others naturally Any struggles? Quite a few health struggles that I am working to heal Recent wins in your life? Just finished my first semester of grad school after being out of school for many years. Why'd you join us and how can we help you? I joined the group to learn more about holistic and natural health and also more about using the herbal tinctures since I have 3 that I purchased from Brittani!

Hi Pamela! So nice to meet you. Congratulations on starting Grad school and completing your 1st semester! May I ask what you are studying? I love Britt's tinctures as well! I just keep adding to my collection lol. Which 3 do you have and is there one you want to try next?

@Pamela MaGee that's awesome! I started with nutrient dense and womb restore, then added no stress, detox, and warrior. I need to reorder soon but I also want to try the new lymph movement one. But I am a stay at home mom on a budget so I am currently under purchase paralysis as far as which ones to order 😅 I think I will go with nutrient dense and no stress. Maybe squeeze my budget and add one more. Not sure which one to choose though. They are all so amazing

Butternut Squash + Sweet Potato Soup!
A couple days ago Peter requested butternut squash soup so I bought all the ingredients but the squash we ended up getting was very small so I had to add in *something* to make it stretch. I ended up adding in a sweet potato because we have a bunch so the base of this soup was: 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed 1 small butternut squash, seeds scraped out, halved and scored 1 yellow onion I roasted those together at 400 degrees for 1 hour with some rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I season everything heavily. After the hour was up, I put all of it in my vitamix. I had to scrape the squash out to the peel, and I added a cup of canned, full fat, coconut milk, and 24oz of veggie broth to the blender. I blended it up and it ended up being about 64oz of soup which is all my blender will hold. Then I put it in a pot on the stove and added some more veggie broth to get my desired consistency. This was super low effort and yesterday I steamed up some broccoli to dip in it. It reminded me of broccoli + cheddar soup. If you make this, let me know if you liked it 🥰

This sounds very yummy! I need to get something to mix soup ingredients because my blender doesn't take hot things. Maybe a hand blender or something 🤔

My name is Katie and I've been alive for almost 41 years now. I have a daughter who is almost 5 and she pretty much rules my world. I am so excited to be a part of this community garden and interact with Kool people who care about their health and wellbeing. I consider myself a life long student and this community pretty much covers my favorite topics, so yay! Here's more about me: What are your interests? Dream interpretation, yoga, somatic healing, mindful parenting, nature, animals, GNM, herbs, and skincare What are you here to cultivate? A network that supports higher consciousness and wellbeing Biggest strengths? I'd say my openess to metaphysical concepts Any struggles? Taking action. Creating time and space for self development as a mom. I want more energy and motivation. Recent wins in your life? I recently enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training which starts in January. It's something I secretly always wanted to do didn't allow myself to receive the actual doing until this past fall. Why'd you join us and how can we help you? I am a big fan of Britt and Peter's content on IG as well as their past webinars. I love what they are giving the world and I want to be a part of it ✨️

Introducing Drain & Defend: Your Lymphatic Support System
Hey everyone 🥰 I'm so excited to finally announce the launch of our new tincture, Drain & Defend! This potent blend of herbs is specifically formulated to support your lymphatic system and help you feel your best. What is the Lymphatic System? Think of your lymphatic system as your body's internal drainage system. When your lymphatic system isn't functioning optimally, you may experience: - Swelling: In arms, legs, face, abdomen, or neck - Fatigue: Feeling constantly tired or experiencing excessive fatigue - Frequent Infections: Recurrent colds, flu, or other infections - Skin Issues: Skin discoloration, recurrent skin infections, slow wound healing - Headaches and Migraines - Cognitive Issues: Brain fog, difficulty concentrating, memory problems - Pain and Stiffness: Joint pain, muscle aches, stiffness in the affected areas - Digestive Issues: Constipation, bloating, etc. - Weight Gain or Difficulty Losing Weight - Recurrent Sinusitis or Other Upper Respiratory Infections This powerful tincture features a unique blend of herbs carefully selected to support your lymphatic system. For Inflammation & Congestion: - Plantain: Helps clear heat, resolve inflammation, and soothe irritated tissues. - Mullein: Soothes inflammation, clears dampness, and helps loosen mucus. - White Oak Bark: Helps clear heat and toxins from the body. For Immune Support: - Elderberry: Boosts the immune system and helps clear heat and toxins. - Echinacea: Strengthens the immune system and supports lymph node function. For Lymphatic Drainage:
