Stuff Knee
What do you do when you have a stiff knee. I’ve been to physio it’s not damaged. But I feel more tired than normal. I go for walks in the morning and evening. I did a yoga warmup this morning 10 mins that’s all. My walk is about 1 hour. It’s been stiff for a good week and is getting better. But I’m scared to jog or bike yet.
