Hello from New Hampshire
Hello everyone! I’m a property manager here in NH. I have a small portfolio of my own here but am priced out of much expansion. I’m really curious if anyone here has experience investing in Turn Key properties in the Little Rock area? I went to school there and see some great things happening in the city.

@Julia Mueller couldn’t agree more! I lived in the area and see larger corporations moving in (whole foods, Trader Joe’s). I’m hoping that means that the market is on the up and up. I also travel there about once a year to visit friends so I like the idea of investing in a place a have some background in and can meet face to face with the team working on the ground (even if it’s only once in a while).
