Assistance with Interpretation?
Hi There My name is Diane ◡̈ I am a new member to the classroom- (apologies if this the correct place to post this) I wanted to first share how incredibly grateful I am to be here. In my spare time I enjoy seeking treasure (truth) through rockhounding, collecting artifacts and observing nature around my current stomping grounds, the armpit of California (Central Valley. If there is anyone localish to the area.. 👋🏻🤗) I stumbled upon the attached photo last night while deep in my studies of sea hares. I couldn’t think of a better group to guide me with learning more about the treasure that awaits me in knowing more about this image than this one- Your time & input is extremely valued ✨

The armpit is either smoldering or frigid😮‍💨🥶, I was born and raised in the armpit and my best advice that my younger self took was, get out when you can😌
Today’s live on Triplicity
I hope today’s live will be posted at some point. I was able to join along for about half and then my thoughts made my wifi stop working. Tech does not jive well with me (lol). Then I had to handle some things at the home front, such a good lecture . Learning with gratitude, Kathryn 💓
Pythagoras: Beans contained spirits of the dead
Pythagoras — if we are to presume he was a real man who existed, which for these purposes, let’s presume he was real & existed… Well, I recently came across the notion that Pythagoras prohibited eating beans! Apparently he believed real souls were contained in them — or something about the souls of the underworld being inside the bean — I’m not fully sure… Here’s what Aristotle said about it (if we presume Aristotle was real too)… According to Aristotle, Pythagoras counseled abstinence from beans either because they are like the genitals, or because they are like the gates of Hades . . . as being alone unjointed, or because they are injurious, or because they are like the form of the universe, or because they belong to oligarchy, since they are used in election by lot.” Diogenes Laertius, Lives of Eminent Philosophers, R.D. Hicks, Ed. Just found this interesting and wanted to share & see if anyone has any thoughts to add!

All of the above, I recently heard someone speaking of this, I think Ken Wheeler had suggested in addition that the beans resemble a human fetus. This is all new information to me. When I looked it up, it said, specifically fava bean, aka “favism”, the bean of the dead, I guess they could potentially be harmful to some people and perhaps they were for him?. All in all, very interesting insight and glad that you brought it up!

So content packed! Amazing! I learned so much, I especially like the insight on virtuous Venus in the position of leading the Sun in a clockwise motion, the mundane astrology chart reading for the remainder of the year, and the placement on the moon on left (financially blessed/stable) vs moon on right (searching for money). Also that the moon is more protected/less vulnerable with planets around it. And planets in general have a better time when they are close to other planets. Like a cushion of support. And lastly if the person is nocturnal born, that their appearance is more from the ascendant sign vs the sun sign and a daytime birth, the sun sign has somewhat, a dominating impact on physical appearance. Interesting insight all around! Thank you!! Looking forward to next week!!

I am looking forward to the planetary ruler(s) of the chart. If mine is mercury I am going to be so surprised, but I do have a cancer rising, but my mercury is in Pisces, just like you santos! Haha amazing lecture!!
