The Habit That Turned Me Into a Lifelong Learner
One of the most underrated habits for growth is daily research. Not just scrolling, but intentionally digging into something new every day. For me, I pick a topic (like business, psychology, or personal development), spend 20–30 minutes researching it, and then take notes. 🔥 This habit completely changed how I think, make decisions, and connect ideas. Over months, it compounded into knowledge that gave me real confidence in conversations, projects, and personal goals. 👉 So I’m curious: Do you set aside time to research or learn something new daily? If yes, what’s your go-to way of doing it?

I love this idea as I'm always reading, researching and learning. But I'm curious...you say 20-30 minutes of researching something like psychology or personal development. But 20-30 minutes isn't much for those topics. So, do you pick a psychology topic, for example, and spend 20-30 minutes each day on it over a longer period of time? Or do you go about it some other way? I do agree that taking notes, and even better, somehow using the ideas in teaching or sharing with someone really cements the ideas.
