Hi Bill, I wanted to give you some real feedback on my experience with Buildy because I know you asked us to be honest about what is working and what isn't. First, I really like Buildy. I have been impressed with how well it can take my ideas, including concepts I've developed in ClickFunnels, and turn them into something attractive and functional very quickly. There is a lot of potential here. My biggest frustration has been the payment process and Stripe connection. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the payment flow working correctly. Stripe itself connected, but getting a customer from the offer to actually making a payment has been much more difficult than I expected. At one point, the customer was being required to sign into Buildy before they could complete the purchase, which obviously isn't workable for a public sales process. Buildy has been working on the issue, but this has taken valuable time away from actually marketing and selling my program. At this point, I know my ClickFunnels/Stripe connection works, so I may have to use Buildy for the presentation and send customers to ClickFunnels to complete their purchase. I remember you mentioning that Buildy is planning its own way of accepting payments. I think that could be VERY important. For entrepreneurs, the beautiful website and automation are wonderful, but ultimately we have to be able to say, “Here's my offer, click here, pay, and you're in.” That part has to be simple and dependable. I'm sharing this because I really do want Buildy to succeed. I can see what you're building, and I think the transfer of ideas into an actual working site is one of its strongest features. I just think the payment experience needs to become equally strong. Thanks for asking us for real feedback. I hope this helps. Kathy Bee
