when doing "warming" for Tiktok do you do it in a business account of personal account? I'm just starting with Tiktok.

How do you turn dark mode off? I checked under my profile but there was nothing in settings for appearance or themes. I find it tiring after working on it for a while

FB restricted my account due to "It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules. This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity." I do not have experience with FB so I'm not sure if there is a remedy for this, does anyone have experience with this?
