Week 2: 💛 Focused 12 Weekly Check In
Before you start this week, take 90 seconds to reflect on last week. Why? Research shows that people improve performance when they regularly measure progress, reflect on results, and make small adjustments. Reflection creates awareness. Awareness creates better decisions. Better decisions create better results. This is not about perfection. It is about execution. Use the Weekly Celebration Tool to complete your reflection, then come back and comment below with your 90 Second Weekly Check-In. 90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score_____ % of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win 3. What Worked? 4. What Got in the Way? 5. One Lesson Learned 6. One Commitment for This Week Drop your check in below. We are here to celebrate, encourage, and help you keep moving forward one week at a time. 🌱

It was a great week Celebrating setting up my first Amazon Associates acct, and implementing my first Pin. (Also set up Pinterest). What helped this week was schedule blocking my tasks with more time. If I thought the task took an hour I blocked an hour and a half. What got in the way were the little things that popped up that once I started them I know it was wrong to have started something within the time Block but the person I am who finishes things finished it. I’m using better time blocking this week. And no new things. No more learning only implementing this week is my theme. I’m still fiddling around with the spreadsheet. Wish I had had more time in the beginning learning on the fly is not my thing. I’m not letting it slow me down. I am using my notebook system, which eventually I do want to get away from. 😀🩵 I did not start goal number two last week so that is high in my priorities this week. I blocked time this afternoon and I actually spent a little time this morning. Plotting out getting my Amazon KDP author central done in these 12 weeks. That would be my big celebration.
Focused 12 Mid-week Check-In ✨
Oops... I'm not exactly off to a strong start this week with my Focused 12 tactics. 😅 But it has been a glorious week for my private Kiva funding and the brand new classroom, teaching you how to apply for your own Kiva loan. https://www.skool.com/multiple-streams-of-income-4358/classroom This morning started with a dentist appointment and then tennis with three generations of family. 🎾💛 I'm grateful to have the flexibility to do things like that. Now I'm just getting started with work for the day. That's one thing I love about Focused 12. Every week is simply information. We reflect, adjust, and keep moving forward. How is your Week 2, Week 1, or Week 0 going? ✨ What's going well? ✨ What's feeling hard? ✨ What's your next small step?

week 1. Made two important contacts and meetings are set for next week Monday and Tuesday 🙌 Goals 1 & 3 did the things. Did not start Goal 2. I did maybe an hour research with notes on goal 2 but decided it is not the priority goal. It was a good week and happy going into next week 2. 😀🩵. I wanted to add to as someone starting this fresh and because I am in it with you. I wanted to ditch the spreadsheet and get more done but deep inside I know I need a change from the way I am capturing my work currently. 📚 So that requires change. And change takes time. ⏰ The truth is, goals are easy to write down when we’re feeling inspired, but the day-to-day accountability part is hard and messy. There is no embarrassment in finding out that the mountain is steeper than we thought it was. Goal 2 is still there and I will start it next week. I am here with you. See you next week. Happy weekend all. 💞
🎉 It's finally live! 🎉
I just uploaded my newest KDP journal, Letting Go: Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear, and I'm pretty excited about it. This journal has had an interesting journey. My original plan was to create another premium guided journal like my BREATHE journal. But as life, business, and priorities shifted, I decided to move forward with KDP rather than let it sit unfinished. Done is better than perfect. 😊 I have already identified one change I'll be making. The cover is beautiful, but because this journal doesn't have a belly band like my premium journals, the title is a little difficult to read in Amazon's thumbnail view. It looks great in person, but I want it to stand out more online, so I'll be updating the cover soon. Other than that, I'm really happy with how it turned out. This is exactly why I joined Sybil's community. We talk a lot about creating multiple streams of income without burning ourselves out, and this project is a good example of that for me. Instead of chasing perfection, I chose progress. I got the journal published and out into the world. A huge thank you to @Sybil Hall and @Donna Thornton , who have already offered to purchase a copy and leave a review. I appreciate the support more than you know. If you're interested in taking a look, here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1738675858?spcref=PRINT_LISTING And if you do purchase a copy, I'd be incredibly grateful for a review. Every review helps a new journal gain visibility. Thanks for letting me share this win with you all. ❤️

Congratulations on publishing on Amazon. Done is GREAT! It takes so much dedication to bring a journal like this into the world, and proud of you for getting it done.

Again Congratulations @Jewels Sherriff Your comments are valid on the cover but at the same time you can also wait and see how it goes. But if you do decide to change it here is a hint. Look thru the whole book one more time to catch anything you might need/want to update. I did that with mine when I did the second edition. The changes were really minor only I wanted it perfect. PS I love the QR CODE. 🎉💖
Raise Your Hand! 🙋🏻‍♀️
If you accomplished one thing on your to-do list this week, raise your hand! It doesn't have to be a huge milestone. Maybe you: ✅ Made a phone call you've been avoiding ✅ Finished a project ✅ Went for a walk ✅ Cleaned out a drawer ✅ Published a post ✅ Sent an email ✅ Started something you've been putting off Progress is progress. Tell us one thing you completed this week, and let's celebrate it together! 🎉💛

@Niki Duffy It is! Years ago I got a countdown clock and now use it for important events. I used it for my book launch last month. I was born in August 1963 and I will be 63 this August 1st. The clock is running 46 days till the celebrations.
Saturday mood
Saturday's are Framer's Market here. Do you have local farmer's market with all the homemade yummy stuff? I schedule that into my weekend. But also a little piece of my life you might not know… I volunteer in my neighborhood doing mural walking tours. I live in the most vibrant art district and almost every wall has a story. Every mural here has meaning, history, and an artist behind it. I am lucky to know so many artists and a friend that has a gallery. And Second Saturdays are the Guided Mural Walking Tours led by..... "me". So there are no household chores being done today. It's an all out play outside Saturday.
