This is acting class. One of the ways I use the Magic Mirror Method is by literally acting out scenes from my future life. For example, I’m on a phone call with the contractor doing renovations on my dream home that I just bought, checking to make sure it’s okay that I have other workers coming in because I’m getting everything done at once so the house is completely move-in ready. I’m not waiting six weeks for one project to finish before starting the next. I do this all the time. I’ll have full conversations out loud in my car, while I’m on a walk, or just walking around my house. I’m not sitting there visualizing silently—I’m speaking, responding, and interacting as the version of me who already has the thing. If you struggle with knowing what to act out, there’s even a Scene Generator that creates scenarios for you. This is one of the fastest ways to get your brain and body to accept a new reality because you’re using repetition, emotion, language, and muscle memory all at the same time. Pretend you’re talking to your mom, your best friend, your husband, or even a coworker. Tell them about the promotion, the dream house, the relationship, the business success—whatever it is. Act it out. Have the conversation. Your brain doesn’t learn from what you want; it learns from what you repeatedly experience. No matter how big or small the goal is, start rehearsing the version of you who already lives it.
