This week is about radical clarity. Seeing How Your Business Actually Runs. Before you automate anything, you need an honest view of how your business actually operates, not how it looks on paper, not how you wish it worked, but how it truly runs day to day. ✅Using The AI-Powered One Hour Workday and the Interactive Workbook. Your job is simple: Observe. Track what pulls you out of focus, not what feels productive.Notice what triggered the task, how long it took, and whether it required, memory, manual or mental effort, real judgment, or if could have been handled another way. ✅From there, you’ll complete your 48-hour Truth Audit and map your daily tasks(if you can only track one day full day of all the tasks you are doing that is ok) ✅Then separate your tasks using the HAS Framework: - Human — decisions only you should make - AI - Automated — repeat work that should run without you - AI - Supported — drafts, prep, and thinking that should be assisted by AI, not done from scratch ✅Next, choose ONE Workflow that shows up at least five times a week. Content creation, lead generation, lead responses, scheduling, onboarding questions, and interruptions all qualify. Break that workflow into clear steps and tag each step as Human, AI-Automated, or AI-Supported. Your success marker for Week 1 is simple: You finish the week with one clearly documented draft workflow that explains how this part of your business actually operates. Clear enough that: - a team member could follow it - AI could support or run parts of it - and you are no longer the default bottleneck This is the first thing that comes off your plate. Remember, clarity comes before leverage. I would love to hear how you are doing with this.👇
