Hello! I'm Kathrine. I just started as a CSM on a start-up coaching offer. We are working on building the systems, SOPs, and getting clarity on the student journey and what their milestones should be. It has been a fun learning experience so far and the influencer is amazing to work with! One of the things we are working on is getting the students to move back over to Skool for community and communication rather than in WhatsApp. So engagement would be top priority.
