I thought Ashley’s “3 months to be unrecognizable” required some massive life change, or required children sleeping through the night. Less than two months in I AM unrecognizable despite lack of sleep. We’ve consistently completed more school, to a higher standard in the last weeks than I have been able to do in the last several years. She’s given me real, solid advice in call. If you are coachable, she will help. I thought YouTube was enough but the HM circle made the rubber meet the road.
