1 year of Tirzepatide done, now where do I start on Retatrutide
Hello everyone, I was on tirzepatide for 1 year. I just started 2mg a week of Retatrutide. I don't feel anything. Should I have started on a higher dose like 4mg or 6mg a week? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏽

@Terrie Craine see the comment by Robert Montanez below. I was on the 2nd dosing protocol of Tirz. I want to say it was 5 mg. Not positive. I started on 2 mg of Reta for 4 weeks then up to 4mg. I have MS so it limits my ability to walk and work out. I do seated exercises at home and am currently losing about 1-2 lbs a week. 10 more to go for my goal weight. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far.

This is the chart I used for the Cagrilintide
Cagrilintide 10mg
Any advice on reconstituting Cagrilintide 10mg? How much BAC water and how many units. I am using that calculator that you recommend. I like it. I'm assuming it's two injections? First the regular dose of Retatrutide then the Cagrilintide in the same injection site? Thank you 🙏🏽

Yes. Use 2 to injections. Preferably 2 different areas. The usual dosing on Cagrilintide is very low. I’m looking for my cheat sheet
dysesthesia
Hi, I'm new to Reta. I've only taken 3 doses. This morning I've noticed a lot of this weird sensation on my skin, Google says its dysesthesia. Its not very painful, more like pins and needles. More uncomfortable than anything. I see its a common side effect with reta, but I was wondering if there was anything to help or even if its just been a temporary side effect for yall? Thanks!

Mine went away. They did return later after a dose increase. Then stopped again. Still nothing. I just moved up to 4 mg 2x a week I also added Cagrilintide

@Eddie Sanchez I am currently on 0.4 mg per week. No adverse effects.
Needle safety
Just a little helper for safety. I’ve be been using the same one since 2016. I had received it with my meds for my MS. I still use it for my Reta. I feel a bit better for not sending a sharps container to a landfill

Feel at a loss
I have been on Reta for going on 3 months now. No loss at all. I’m frustrated as my sister has lost almost 20 pounds already. I have a lot of autoimmune issues as well as lipedema. Could this be why? What other peps should I try to boost WL?

What dose are you on? It sounds like you may be on too low a dose. Do you have an appetite? Are you on a calorie deficit? I think I only lost a pound the 1st week. When I changed my dose I started losing. I am increasing it next week because I hit another plateau.

@Dawn Marshall besides your protein what else are you eating. 100g of protein are about 400 calories. Do you still have food noise? Do you still have an appetite? Are you exercising? There are many things to be considered if you have no weight loss yet.
