Soul Evolution Method has become a deeply meaningful part of my spiritual practice. At the heart of the work is a felt understanding of my own unique life force energy — learning to hold myself with intention and heart-centered care. The teachings, embodied practices, energy clearings, meditations, and group calls create a beautiful rhythm for returning to myself and deepening my growth. Amy teaches from lived experience, without ego or hierarchy. Love this community we are growing together!
