If I could give 10 stars I would.  Currently in the middle of Phase 2 and I am experiencing amazing results with feeling better, bloating reduced, allergies reduced, eczema almost gone, brain fog lifting, energy being restored and an over-all feeling of wellness.  All the items that were purchased to do this protocol are very price friendly and clean.  I highly recommend following the steps as Jake has laid them out as it makes everything easier.  Just do it!!
