Meal Prepping Day
I go back to work tomorrow, so here's my meal prep for the week, minus the salmon in the oven. Baked chicken thighs, ribeye steaks, hard-boiled eggs, sausage links (yes, I like them burnt), and baked salmon (not shown). The photos are not pretty, but it will get me to where I need to go. Lol!

Hi Judy, Grounding is where you touch the earth with bare feet to gain electrons in our body. You could also touch a tree or plant. Check out Keith Oberman. It’s very healing and completely scientific. It helps us to gain energy and is very powerful for decreasing inflammation in the body.
