Hi guys, just wanted to share I am conditionally approved for Wells Fargo bloc for 15k. I initially requested 25k but apparently I was approved for this amount because of: length my business been operating and also my business reporting high utilization on revolving accounts. My business has been established for a little less than a year and my Experian score was 805. Also I only got a soft pull on my Experian I been banking with them on personal side for some years and my business checking account was opened 7 months ago.

@Arthur Koster NO DOC I have been banking with them on personal side. And business account 7 months old. On my business utilization I am not sure cause right now for this LLC I just have an Amex bcc at the time which it was full. I thought Amex bcc were not reported to business bureau?

@Arthur Koster the BLOC was for my LLC and the signify card I have as a sole prop. But I paid that off before applying. I had around 2800 in the business account with a few deposits showing. Process is not finalized yet itās going to be 2 weeks. After applying I was conditionally approved same day. And from there I had to call to answer a few questions and now Iām just waiting for Docusign.
