I have a prospective client looking to move to LV or TX from SoCal. So this is an older gentleman, 75 yrs old, it's just him in the household. He was impressed with another family who had found a nice home in Weatherford TX and is looking for something similar. (I’ll send you the listing). He prefers a newer construction home so he is the first owner. As for location, doesn't prefer to be in a city that gets too cold. For the home: A decent size kitchen and at least 10ft ceilings. He has a lot of furniture and about 7 vehicles + 2 motorcycles. He wants a place he can park those in a garage..(most of them, at least). His budget is around $500-600k. He doesn't want to speak to any agents yet, because he said he's kind of searching at his own pace, so I told him I will check for him to see if an agent has a listing that would be a good fit. He wants to have a place to go to before he lists his home for sale.
