very good today! I was not going to listen because I wanted to get to town for errands. well it was very foggy so I decided I would be better off waiting and listening to Mark and Aaron. all so good! What I came away with is something I will use for a mantra. Aaron said "I am perfect living in a perfect world". so true when I stop judging and projecting my judgment thoughts onto it and myself. God's world is perfect and that is where I want to live!

This is a sign I just made. A real shift for me to remember this.
