Real talk: is your business actually ready to bid on a government contract, or does it just look ready on paper? 👀
A question worth sitting with: If a federal agency reviewed your business today, would they see a company that's ready — or one that's still getting there? There's a quiet difference between the two. And it's usually the difference between winning the bid and wondering why you didn't. I'm opening the doors to a live, invitation-style workshop to walk you through it. BEFORE YOU BID The 5 things your business must have in place before you compete for a government contract. 🗓️ Monday, September 21 🕙 10:00 AM ET Live — not recorded, not repeated. This is where we separate the businesses that are positioned to win from the ones that only look ready on paper. If you're serious about stepping into this space with the credibility it demands, this is for you. Reserve your seat below — space is intentionally limited. 👉 https://unitedstatesgrants.org/5-things-before-bidding-government-contracts Contract readiness creates opportunity.

I am ready
Much Appreciation!!
I want to thank the Lang Effect for all the assistance in this new venture. I have never applied for a grant or contract because I thought it was too difficult. To me, it was difficult because I didn't have to tools that Dr. Lang has supplied. I now have several capability statements along with my Cage, UEI and have joined all of the sites she suggested. I didn't even know what a NAICS was until her class. I haven't found a grant as of yet, but I know that it is coming. Thank you and many accolades to her and her team.
Collaboration Is the New Currency
Family, I want to open a new kind of thread in this community. Every one of you in the Lang Effect Mentorship Collective is building toward the same outcome, consistent government contract revenue, but you are not all building alone. Some of your biggest breakthroughs will not come from a solicitation you find on SAM.gov or your state and local procurement portals. They will come from the person sitting right next to you in this room. Primes need subs. Subs need primes. Teaming partners need each other's NAICS codes, certifications, and capacity to win bids none of you could win solo. That only happens if we know what each other brings to the table. Here is the ask. Most of you already have your approved capability statement from our work together. Post it in this thread. Your name, location, and the 2 to 3 contract lanes you are actively pursuing Your UEI and CAGE code Your capability statement attached!! Then look at what your fellow mentees post. If you see a lane that complements yours, comment or DM them. That is how teaming agreements start. That is how subcontracts get built. That is how this cohort becomes a network instead of a class. I built United Federal Contractors on relationships long before I built it on contracts. The $5 billion in partnership terms I have structured over 25 years did not come from working in isolation. It came from knowing who was in the room and what they could execute. This room is full of people who can execute. Let's start acting like it. Post your capability statement below. Let's get to work.
