Amazing tips !I start to watch the video , I will finish it tomorrow in my quite time ! I I feel that the little I heard it really makes sense and to differentiate between getting excited and to be enthusiastic about something because I think that’s more permanent and to stick to something the moves you and to be committed. Thanks for sharing something very interesting and really resonates with me.

I tried to be 10/10 on my positive energy however I realized that this is a lot to do with your surroundings so I decided to do five things. First one Change your environment, in certain relationships or groups of constantly draining your energy it may be time to evaluate again find people that are similar and similar drive to boost your energy . Second:; set clear boundaries, to avoid observing all the negativity energy you must learn how to create distance and detached, third develop instance motivation, that comes from you nobody else focus on your goals and activities that you love,, fourth used existing motivators as a capitalistic not as a crutch . Using inspirational friends mentors don’t wait for others to push you , that’s it example to push yourself , number five listen to your body important to schedule time to yourself and reconnect or brings you peace and balance.
