Health Fair
One of the best things I have found to improve engagement is to host a health fair. Employees learn about you and the partners you work with. I usually will host a health fair (or a mini health fair aka Wellness Day) as a kick off to my Nuvita challenges. Here's a free checklist for you to work off of. Have you ever hosted a health fair? Hello I'm Katherine! I live in Florida and I have joined this group to play a supportive role for Kathie and the group. i love being part of communities. Actually, that is how Kathie and I met. We met in a mastermind hosted by Joseph Rodrigues. Being a part of its community allowed me to learn so much about myself and others. It was being a part of Joseph's community that allowed me to discover that I thrive by being a part of a supportive community and also enjoy playing a supportive role in group settings and individually. With Kathie at the helm...I naturally, i gravitated towards this community. What a great day and age we live in where we can make friends from around the world. I'm excited to be a part of this group and interacting with each of you.
