Can I pressure wash this?
Hi, I have a potential client with not a concrete floor but kind of tiles with grout … However looks pretty thick, potentially 1) granite or bluestone and 2) travertine ..?? Please see photos. Interested to know if it is safe to apply pressure washing based on your experience? And will the grout survive?
Can I pressure wash this?
Brand name
Hi all - can you please help me with deciding on the business name and whether it will work well on social media? I probably do want to narrow it down to pressure washing- so it is clear, while my friend suggested to focus on something more generic and sort of talking about the results (like shiny, or cleanit etc.). Stroom or strym - how stream sounds in Ukrainian (where I am from), but not sure if English speakers would rather get more confused:) Can’t decide ahaha

@Austin Kewley I could do Melbourne North Pressure Washing then… it will specify a broader arrangement north of Melbourne. Bayswater is the name of my street in Kensington but it is also a suburb far away on the other side - so might get confusing to keep Bayswater as people might associate with that area. So potentially Kensington Pressure Washing (but Kensington is a very small suburb…)

Hi @Austin Kewley apologies for being quieter lately - been busy at work (and travelling). I think my main stoppers at the moment (apart from finding time) are: - buy a good tripod for filming - Decide on the brand name - Do first reach outs to my local group or neighbours. - I am taking some time off in mid April- hoping to spend more time on this to advance further

Surfaces
Hi Austin and all. A few questions for your advice and tips on cleaning different types of surfaces (see also photos attached): 1. I got lines when cleaning concrete. Understand that using prewash with chemicals should do the job better, but 1) I can’t use chemicals to be drained in the waters - need to get permission from council apparently…. But 2) don’t want to add more equipment and things to think about/fit in the car at the beginning 2. Is there a better way / solution to tackle these small, dark spots? See second photo and they still remained after the surface cleaner pass 3. Wonder if there is a list of what types of floor we can wash with the pressure washer? On the third photo I have this kind of tiles… can I wash it with water under pressure or it might break?

@Austin Kewley thanks! When you say lowering pressure- do you have an adjustment setting to lower it? I don’t think I can regulate pressure on my machine- so yeah probably the 40 degree nozzle is the way then (if this is what you mean by wide fan jet?)
