Hi friends! I have been on Tirz for a month and have felt great (microdose). This week I started SS31 and Thymosin Alpha 1. I have no idea what kind of shape my mitochondria are in…but I’m 43 so there’s that. I love the immune boosting and anti cancer benefits of Ta1. I know I’m not supposed to start two at once, but I’m just so eager! Today, after my workout, I have really been dragging. I’m not sure if this is from the peptides or my diet. What is everyone’s experience with those two? Is fatigue normal? I’ve seen that you can combine SS31 and Mots-C. Seems like that would be the best of both worlds. Thoughts? Also, do either of these peptides cause increased urination?
