We all want to start the day in a +ve way, I want to share this simple and quick practice of setting the intention right in the morning. So before you get out of the bed / pickup the phone: 1) Chose to be greatful >>take 3 long inhales and a longer exhales and feel gratitude for one thing in your life. 2) Ask how would you want the day to go (productive/ active /fun/positive/calm)? See yourself at the end of the day thinking and being greatful it was a productive/ active /fun/positive/calm whatever was the intention . 3) Go for a quick win like warm water in the morning, soak some sun, 5 mins walk in the backyard , some chant /meditation for 2 mins anything that sets the tone for a successful day.
