My main goal is to build more strength. For example, I’d like to be able to do pull-ups and figure out the best way to get there. My second goal is to start tracking calories and keeping an eye on nutrition. I’ve never really done it before, but it definitely seems really useful.
There’s so much useful information here! I haven’t gone through everything yet, but the section on measurable goal-setting really stood out. I need to shift from a “go with the flow” approach to a more “mapped-out” path.
