Learning a new language as an adult can feel overwhelming. Time, work, kids, moving abroad, bureaucracy, self-doubt, hearing or memory challenges… plus so many courses and apps to choose from. I’ve felt many of these myself while learning 11 languages, and I see them every day with my Unschoolers. But here’s what I know: When you finally have real support, someone who understands how you learn, where you are in life, and what’s holding you back, everything changes. @Maria Grace interesting; thank you for the information. I am planning to double down on my Portuguese language learning at some stage, and she is a prime candidate for a second teacher.
