Hey all! I'm Kat from Greater Vancouver, Canada. I've been practicing yoga for 30 years, especially love kundalini yoga. I've only recently become interested in learning more to add it to my healing practices. I love how it incorporates breathwork into my practice, and yoga has helped me reduce fibromyalgia pain! I was just diagnosed a few years ago and it really stopped me in my tracks for awhile. I've researched a lot and have changed diet, stress, etc and added yoga daily (I used to do it only a few times a month for 'fun' as I was doing karate, etc. A successful month would look like doing my yoga practice every day, meeting new people, learning more about how to use it in my healing practices and having fun with it.
