Welcome to The Reformer Library!
I’m so glad you’re here. The Reformer Library is a curated collection of individual reformer Pilates exercise videos designed to help you build your own flows and explore movement creatively. This space is intentionally simple. It’s not a structured course. It’s not a challenge. And it’s not about being told exactly what to do. It’s a growing reference library - built piece by piece - so you can return to it whenever you need movement ideas, clarity, or inspiration. Inside you’ll find: - Individual reformer exercise videos - Clear demonstrations - Subtle variations and movement options - Layers you can apply to base exercises - Short, focused posts you can use immediately The goal is to give you building blocks, not blueprints. Instead of copying full flows, you’ll be able to: - Recognize patterns - Combine movements intentionally - Adjust emphasis easily - And build sessions that feel creative and personal The long-term vision is simple: To create a reliable, organized reference space for reformer Pilates that supports independent thinking and creativity. Right now, that means: - Expanding the exercise library - Adding movement layers - Organizing content clearly so it’s easy to return to Over time, this may evolve into deeper sequencing discussions - but at its core, this will always remain a reference-first space. This community is ideal for: - People who already know reformer Pilates basics - Instructors who want more movement options - Movers who enjoy building their own sessions - Anyone who feels limited by repeating the same exercises If you like understanding movements individually and combining them in your own way, you’ll feel at home here. Use it like a library. - Browse when you need inspiration - Revisit exercises you’ve forgotten about - Explore variations when something feels repetitive - Save posts you want to return to There’s no pressure to keep up or consume everything. This is designed to support your creativity, not overwhelm it.

I'm looking forward to getting stuck in, thank you for creating this community
Please help with your opinions!
Hi Everyone!! Welcome welcome welcome to the 100+ of you who I just added into the group! Please accept my apologies for you waiting for so long to be let into the group. If you've found this Skool Community from Instagram you would know I've had a bit of a wild last few weeks with a post getting a lot more attention than I ever expected 🫣🫣 I am SO happy all of you have found value in that Instagram page and wanted to keep getting more by joining over here. As you can see now that you're in here I have been absolutely slacking on building this group out like I wanted to. So I wanted to bring it to you, my lovely members, to help build this page to be what you want from it! I'm going to make a poll about things I'm thinking of doing so I can get your opinions and feedback on what you're hoping to see in this group, what would be helpful for you, what formats you like, etc. If you could please take a look and put in your answers that would be so helpful with getting me out of my creating rut that I've been stuck in as I'm not sure how to build this page out in the way everyone would like. I'll post a few different polls in here over the next few days, so please answer all of them if you can. QUESTION FOR POLL 1: With the Library exercises - Would you rather I get all of them up quicker but with no extra info in the captions? Or keep taking forever on doing this but add in more helpful info to the captions like the current videos in here have? Context for this - I haven't added any more videos in here because the captions do take ages to make them good, along with how long it takes to upload each individual videos. I didn't want to have do it so I've done nothing instead. My preference is to focus on uploading the videos I have on the IG so that you have access to them all in one place (the original plan for this page). But I want to make sure you will think just having access to those videos easily will be worth it without the extra caption content.
