Hi Karyn here, I’m based in Bali, Indonesia. I’ve been here for 2 years now, and what started as a love for the island turned into building a retreat logistics company. I get to live where other people come for transformation, which still feels surreal some days. I have already adopted a cat and also have a Balinese partner, there is always family, friends or new people visiting that i get to spend time with exploring this beautiful Island. A typical day is a mix of calls with hosts, venue research, pricing breakdowns, logistics planning, content creation, and a lot of WhatsApp messages with local partners. Some days I’m deep in spreadsheets and timelines. Other days I’m at a venue checking rooms, menus, transport routes, or making sure what’s promised can actually be delivered on the ground. I joined this Skool because I want to sharpen the marketing and positioning side of what I do. I’m very strong on logistics and delivery. Now I’m focused on helping hosts price and market their experiences properly so they don’t undercharge or burn out trying to manage everything themselves.
