The Symptom Decoder Quiz
The Symptom Decoder Quiz was designed to do one thing: help you see which of the five most commonly missed patterns your symptoms are pointing toward. It is not a diagnosis. It is a pattern map. The questions surface the connections between symptoms that seem unrelated until you see them on a page together. Energy in the morning versus the afternoon. The nature of your sleep disruption. Where you carry weight. How you feel after eating. Most women finish it and say some version of the same thing: 'I finally have a name for what has been happening'. For some the results may even be surprising. It is free to take and can be done in less than five minutes. Save the link, as you may want to come back and retake it in the future. If you didn't already do the quiz when you joined the community, or it's been a minute since you last took it, go take it and drop your result below. I want to see which patterns come up most across this community this week. https://1600cal.my.canva.site/clarity-circle-symptom-decoder

@Kori Biller Same! A lot of it just doesn't apply, a few have more than one "true for me" answer but I can only choose one, and some of my actual issues/concerns are not listed. Oh well. It's hard to create a quiz that'll work for everyone. Hopefully the majority of people taking it can get some answers/direction

Cortisol 50% Insulin 20% Gut 20% Thyroid 10% Sex Hormone 0% Actually surprised that cortisol and gut aren't higher and that insulin is as high as it is. This is going to be an interesting journey!
Intro
Hi! I’m Karyn Collins from San Antonio, TX. I’ll be turning 70 this summer and am currently enjoying retirement after a wonderful career as a pediatric OT. Am also mom to an amazing young man and “theatre mom” to a bunch of (now grown) theatre kids. I’m hoping to, finally, get to the root causes of a number of frustrating health issues: IBS-C & Fibro, (Here, take this pill), inability to lose weight without heroic effort (eat less/exercise more/here, take this pill) and the ever popular, “you’re fine, it’s just part of getting older”. Looking forward to connecting with others experiencing much of the same.
