🚀New Video: Learn These 6 AI Skills Now (Before AI Replaces You)
AI is going to reshape or replace millions of jobs, but you don't have to switch careers or start a business to stay ahead of it. In this video I break down six AI skills that will futureproof your career no matter what job title you hold, from becoming the AI person on your team to knowing when a task doesn't even need AI. I also cover the last skill most people never think about, which is building your own unemployment insurance with multiple income streams.

Where are you in your AI agency journey? (Be brutally honest 👇)
I see so many people here in completely different stages…but everyone talks like they’re at the same level. Let’s make it real for a second. 🔥Which stage are you at right now? Stage 1 – Watching & learning 🫡🫡 You binge YouTube, Skool posts, and courses. You know a LOT in theory, but no real offers, no outreach, no clients yet. Stage 2 – Building & testingYou build workflows, AI agents, demos. Maybe tested on friends or fake leads. Still no proper paying client. Stage 3 – First clients inYou’ve closed 1–3 clients (even low-ticket). You’re delivering, fixing bugs, and realizing what actually matters. Stage 4 – Dialing it inYou have a clear niche + offer, 5+ clients, and now the problem is systems, fulfillment, and time. How to reply (copy this):Stage: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4Biggest struggle right now: Drop your answer in the comments 👇I’ll read through and reply with one thing I’d focus on if I were in your stage. 💎Me (so you know who’s asking): I’m Kartik, building BlitzFlow AI.I help service businesses (like HVAC )stop losing money from missed calls, slow lead response, and dead CRM leads using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and automations.

@Paul Forster Hey Paul — this is elite perspective. 18 years at Stage 4 without AI, 25 years on the sales/operator side, scaled to £1.5M EBITDAR + 50 staff, then sold it?! That's not just serious work — that's legacy-level experience. 🔥 You're absolutely right: these stages aren't about AI — they're about business maturity. Build = weeks. Operator = years. Most agencies stall at Stage 2 because they master agents but not pricing, pipeline, or scaling. You've already lived the hard part everyone here is struggling with. And the fact that you're "Happy to share that side with anyone stuck there" = pure value. That's the move. You're the mirror image inverted: build catching up to sell, not sell catching up to build. Respect for being here, for seeing the pattern, and for offering to help. If anyone needs pricing on outcomes, pipeline building, or scaling a technical firm — you're the person. Massive respect, Paul. 🚀🙌

@Curtis Altmiks Hey Curtis — stuck in Stage 1 for a long time because of your job? That's so relatable. Micro-learning while busy is the only way most of us survive. But the fact that you've changed that now and are putting in 2 hours morning + 2 hours evening = that's the exact shift that gets you to Stage 2. 4 hours/day is serious consistency. Most people "try" and do 30 mins. You're committing real time now. That's the difference. Stage 1 is just learning + not shipping. Once you start building small things daily (even 1 workflow, 1 demo), you'll move fast. You got the time now — just ship one thing this week. You'll crack Stage 2 faster than you think. Keep grinding — you're in the right mindset. 🚀🔥

When I started the AI Automation Society, I had no idea it would grow into this. Under two years later and we just crossed 400k. The largest AI automation community in the world. Yes, the space is exploding. But this community grew because you guys keep showing up, asking questions, dropping answers, sharing builds, and helping the person one step behind you. Huge thank you to the team that keeps this thing running, and to every single one of you who's posted, commented, or just been here. I feel lucky to get to do this. So excited to share with you guys what we've been quietly cooking up over here at AIS...👀 - Nate

Nate, your AI Automation Society changed our lives. You made complex tools feel human, practical, and possible for every member — including me. Watching this community grow to 400k is proof: you taught, inspired, and lifted us all. Deep gratitude for the clarity, care, and real-world help you give every day. Here’s to the next chapter — we’re with you @Nate Herk
Unpopular opinion: Most beginners focus on the wrong thing…
🧑Most beginners in AI/agency space are obsessed with the wrong things. What they think matters: - New tools every week - Fancy dashboards and workflows - Perfect logo, brand name, and setup ## What actually matters: - 1 clear niche - 1 painful problem you solve - 1 simple offer that gets real results -- If you fix these three, the tools don’t matter as much. 🚀🚀 Your turn (be honest):What are you spending most of your time on right now? Comment in this format: - Current focus: tools / content / niche / offer / outreach - One thing you know you focus on more: I’ll reply to as many comments as I can with one suggestion on what I’d double down on if I were you. — 🤞 Me : I’m Kartik, building BlitzFlow AI. I help service businesses (like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and dental) stop losing money from missed calls and slow lead response using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and CRM automations.

@Elior Perez Hey Elior — you just nailed the #1 trap everyone falls into. "When the build is ready" is 100% cope. Your first case study doesn't need to be perfect — it just needs to exist. Outreach while building is the move. Ship something rough, DM 3 people, get feedback, iterate. The build gets better after you talk to humans, not before. Stop waiting. Start outreach today. 🚀
## What niche are you really building in 🤷‍♂️? (Honest answers only)
Two days ago, I shared a post about why choosing a clear niche matters more than playing “AI generalist.” ## I’m curious about YOU: - What niche are you focused on right now? - What exact problem are you solving for them? - Are you happy with that niche, or still experimenting? 🤞You can keep it super simple, for example: - “HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and dental + missed calls → AI voice receptionist that books jobs” - “Real estate agents → speed-to-lead and follow-up automation” - “Ecom brands → abandoned cart + post-purchase flows” 🚀✨ Reply using this format: Niche: Main offer: Main problem you solve: ### Example : Niche : HVAC Main offer : AI voice receptionist Main problem : Missed calls and slow lead response Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or already making money – be honest about where you’re playing. I’ll read every comment and give 1 quick suggestion on your positioning if you want feedback. You might meet someone in your same niche🤩!!!! --- Me : I’m Kartik , founder of BlitzFlow AI. I’m focused on AI automation for service businesses to fix missed calls, slow lead response, and dead leads in the CRM using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and database reactivation. What niche are you betting on right now?
