Me, I have presented myself to the world by working on different journals that present self help to different individuals. I feel these help each being on the road of recovery.

How would/does isolation impact you?

These hard copies turned out even better than I expected! It’s so rewarding to see my passion for helping others take shape in a physical self-help book. Looking ahead, I hope to host group sessions where we can work through these journals together in a virtual, Zoom-style setting.
