I finally got all required documents to them today and my case was re opened for Widow's benefits and now this new lady has informed me that I may get the lump sum death benefit also. No I am not receiving any income at the moment, hugh problem I and stay on his sister's land after I had a bad car accident, she claimed to help me get back on my feet again well it's been 3 years and all I have done is help her and her family so I am stuck with no income living on 5 acres in what she called a tiny home it's not nothing but a falling down mess with no heat or running water and the reason they didn't get my paperwork the first time it was snatched out of mailbox. I am without any options only to hitchhike to church one day and if I need groceries I have to have them delivered. She doesn't want me to get benefits but that's my only way out. And also I will not apply for my benefits with any luck I may be approved just for enough to get out of this prison and live a couple more years of life while getting my full benefit increased. I appreciate you very much for taking your time to help an old lady out.
