Jamais Vu
This module is about rediscovering the newness hidden inside familiar moments. After trying the Foreign House Game, did anything briefly feel different, quieter, fresher, or more peaceful? Even the smallest shift counts. If you experienced a moment of newness, share where you practiced Jamais Vu and what you noticed when you stripped the labels away. And if you could not quite access it yet, that is perfectly okay. Simply share what you observed or how the practice felt for you. This is a space for exploration, not perfection.

Sovereignty Discussion
Living Sovereign means awareness and recovery, not perfection. Share one recent field test: - A moment you stayed grounded - A moment you recovered faster - Or a moment you noticed the Monday Manager but chose differently Your experience helps stabilize the entire Collective.

Sunday Texture Discussion
Try reflecting on one of these: - What does your personal Monday feeling feel like in the body? - What does Sunday feel like physically? - Were you able to create even a few seconds of Sunday during a normal weekday? Small shifts count. This practice builds over time.

Silent Container Discussion
This is where understanding becomes experience. After attempting to access the Silent Container, what did you notice? Did you sense the silence behind the Nada, a shift in awareness, or even just a brief moment of stillness? There is no “right” experience here. Some people notice a dramatic shift, while others feel only a subtle quieting at first. Share whatever you observed, even if it lasted only a few seconds.

Somatic Release Discussion
Most of us were never taught how to actually feel emotion. Instead, we tend to suppress, distract, or think our way around it. After watching this module, take a moment to check in with your body. Where do you typically hold tension or emotional “body armor”? (Chest, jaw, stomach, shoulders?) If you'd like, share what you noticed during Somatic Focusing or The Shake, even if it felt awkward, subtle, or surprising. This space is for honest observation, not perfection.
